With the recent flooding and heavy rainfall across Queensland, we’re seeing a sharp rise in mould-related issues — and not just in walls and wardrobes, but in people's health.

Even if your home wasn’t directly impacted by flooding, dampness and humidity can create the perfect breeding ground for mould. Mould exposure is far more common — and more impactful — than most people realise. From foggy thinking and fatigue to skin rashes and sinus trouble, these symptoms might not be “just stress” or a seasonal cold… they could be mould.


What Is Mould Exposure, Really?

Moulds are fungi that thrive in moist, poorly ventilated environments. They release microscopic spores into the air, which can be inhaled or absorbed through the skin.

Over time, this exposure can overwhelm the body — especially if you’re sensitive, immune-compromised, or have a leaky gut or existing inflammation.
