Moringa is an ancient superfood, used as an Ayurvedic medicine in India for centuries, where it was believed to have super powers- aptly naming the tree, the ‘miracle tree’.  

The Indian’s may have been onto something.

Moringa contains a whopping 92 nutrients, an abundance of B Vitamins, which are crucial for maintaining cellular health.

High in Vitamin C and A, which help to combat oxidative stress. The minerals, iron, potassium, magnesium and calcium as well as isothiocyanates, which are compounds that may assist with blood sugar regulation.

In one serve of our Moringa that is a whopping 150% of the recommend intake of vitamin E, which contributes to cell protection from free radical damage and has been shown to help with skin health.

It is also high in chromium, which contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism.

Chlorogenic Acid and Quercetin are also found in significant amounts in moringa, helping to protect the cells from damage.
